For the ultimate dining experience, the best seats to be had are at Kori, an intimate chef’s table right next to the beating heart of the kitchen. Enjoy interactive dining for 2 guests as the chefs prepare and present an exclusive bespoke 10 Course tasting menu of dishes, ranging from intricate sushi and sashimi, to creative grills and the most inventive desserts, before your very eyes. You and your lucky guest will be able to watch every process across the open kitchen and chat to the chefs about the secrets behind their dishes.

The menu is developed over a two-month period and is delicately based around the seasons, using the very best ingredients from small purveyors and artisan suppliers. Taking its DNA from signature A La Carte dishes, the Chef's Table menu aims to transport guests to the next level, pairing culinary creation with an intimate chef's dining experience.

This will be an insightful evening into Asian cuisine and the workings of a Gordon Ramsay kitchen, with an atmosphere and excitement that will keep you entertained throughout!
